🌱 STEP 1 – DISCOVERY & IDEATION
We start with a 45-minute consultation designed to understand your vision, goals, and creative direction. Our team listens intentionally, gathers insights, and aligns design concepts with your business purpose to ensure your brand truly reflects who you are and where you’re going.
🎨 STEP 2 – CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Based on the discovery session, our designers craft up to two (2) initial design drafts for your logo or branding concept. This creative stage typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on project complexity and feedback cycles. Every concept is strategically developed to communicate your unique identity and connect with your audience.
✏️ STEP 3 – FEEDBACK & REFINEMENT
You’ll have the opportunity to review, reflect, and provide feedback.
If adjustments are needed, we refine the design collaboratively until your vision comes to life. Please note that after three (3) full rounds of revisions, additional design changes may be subject to a small creative fee in accordance with our design policy.
📦 STEP 4 – FINAL APPROVAL & DELIVERY
Once your design is approved, we prepare and deliver high-resolution files in JPEG, PNG, and PDF formats for both print and digital use. If required, source files (AI, PSD, or EPS) can be released upon request and are subject to a release fee as outlined in our Source File Policy. We ensure your brand assets are production-ready, scalable, and aligned with industry standards.
