At TAS Belize, our commitment to professionalism and quality drives our approach to every project. We have refined and enhanced our general production policies to ensure clarity, transparency, and successful collaboration with our valued clients.

Content Submission and Accuracy

  1. Content Definition: Content refers to text, photos, videos, and digital files provided by the client. TAS Belize incorporates submitted content as is. While we employ standard spell-check practices, the responsibility lies with the client to ensure accuracy in the provided content.
  2. Approval Responsibility: TAS Belize trusts that clients provide content that accurately reflects their desired product outcome. In the event of any errors on an approved product, TAS Belize will not be held accountable for damages related to spelling or grammar on printed approved designs. Clients are urged to ensure 100% accuracy in content provided and the final product.

Timeframe and Delivery

  1. Initial Draft: TAS Belize will deliver initial draft concepts within the agreed timeframe, as discussed during the initial consultation. In instances of high demand, projects will be scheduled for the next available slot, with timely notifications to the client.
  2. Review and Feedback: Clients will receive the initial draft for review via email or our designated client portal. Constructive feedback can then be provided by the client to aid in refining the project.
  3. Revision and Finalization: TAS Belize will analyze client feedback and make necessary revisions within the specified timeframe. The revised product will be presented for client review.
  4. Working Days: Our regular working days are Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm, excluding Belizean holidays.

Revisions and Author Alterations

  1. Formal Revisions: While preliminary revisions can be discussed verbally, formal work on revisions will only begin upon receipt of detailed written revisions. Clients may submit revisions through email or our secure client portal.
  2. Billing for Revisions: Clients acknowledge that revisions, project additions, or author alterations will be subject to the hourly billing rate outlined in the initial project quotation.

Billing and Fees

  1. Revision Charges: Revisions are not included free of charge, unless explicitly stated in writing or part of a predefined package.
  2. Exceeding Package Scope: Should the client exceed the parameters of an agreed-upon package, additional charges may apply. Clients will be informed in advance of any potential charges.
  3. Unusually High Revisions: In cases of an unusually high number of drafts or revisions, clients will still be subject to the hourly rate specified in the project quotation.
  4. Copyright and Trademark: Clients affirm that provided content does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks. TAS Belize is not liable for claims arising from client-furnished content.
  5. Use of Created Material: TAS Belize retains the right to display, reproduce, and utilize created materials for promotional purposes.

Inactive, Delinquent, and Abandoned Status

  1. Inactive Status: If there is no activity on a contract within 30 days, it may be classified as “inactive.” Inactive contracts are invoiced periodically, and credits remain valid for six months.
  2. Delinquent Status: Late payment charges of 3% per month apply after 30 days, along with other outlined charges. Delinquent accounts may be sent to collections if not addressed.
  3. Abandoned Status: Abandoned projects are subject to invoicing for the full quoted amount if work has commenced.
