We would like to inform our hosting customer of some changes that are taking place here at TAS Belize. We have revisited our Web Support and Hosting plans and have decided to make a few changes in order to better serve you.
Increase in Hosting & Maintenance Rates: In light of the widespread shift to online operations due to COVID, there has been a noticeable rise in rates from our server providers. After careful consideration, TAS Belize has decided to reassess our hosting and maintenance fees, leading to a nominal increase across all packages. This adjustment is crucial to sustaining the quality of hosting and maintenance services that our customers have valued and appreciated.
Change in Content Management Hours: We are shifting from having your allotted content management hours expire on a quarterly basis to an annual basis. What this means is that, dependent on your plan, you will be allotted available support hours which you can use to update your site. Your hours will be dispersed in bulk at the renewal of your annual plan. In addition, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional hours if needed.
How does this benefit you?
No more expired hours! Since we are no longer operating under a quarterly basis, your allotted hours will no longer expire after 3 months. You will have access to your allotted hours for the entire year!
Bulk Hours! You get access to ALL your hours all at once! No more waiting for the next quarter to gain access to a portion of your allotted hours! You get to use them when you want, how you want!
Use at your own pace! Now you can take your time and carefully select the content, changes and updates that you want to make to your site. Forget about feeling rushed to meet a quarterly deadline. Since you’ll have access to all your allotted hours all year long, you control when work is done on your site.
Option to Purchase! No more deciding on the most important content or updates because you don’t have enough allotted hours. You now have the convenient option of purchasing additional hours if you run out or if you don’t have enough to complete all the work that needs to get done.
But we didn’t end there! In addition to this new switch, we now offer a more affordable and convenient option of monthly payments. Here at TAS Belize, we understand the economic difficulties that we are facing as a people and even more so, how it has affected businesses across the globe.
