TAS Belize Policies

The following outlines the intended services provided by TAS Belize.  Packages are laid out in accordance with the needs presented by the client and are to be agreed upon and followed.


All clients must read and agree to the points laid out below. By entering into a business relationship with TAS Belize, you (the Client) agree and consent to our terms and conditions laid out in our policy below.


This section is for those who need a quick understanding of our policy.

TAS Belize adds sent information/content as is. Although spell check is used as standard practice, it can only go so far. TAS Belize trusts you are giving in exactly what you want on your design. If any error on an approved design gets printed, TAS Belize will not be held responsible for any damages due to spelling or grammar on approved designs that is printed. Please help to ensure that content sent in and the end product are 100% accurate.

Unless stated otherwise, the following payment schedule is in effect. All services will require a fifty percent (50%) down payment before the job is started. A fifteen percent (15%) deposit is required at the first draft review. A Ten percent (10%) deposit is required at the second draft viewing and finalizing. Balance Twenty-five percent  (25%) is due at the delivery of final artwork.

For print & procurement services, seventy-five percent (75%) deposit is required before a project is processed. The final twenty-five percent (25%) is due at delivery of the product.

Prices may vary depending on what is requested. TAS Belize reserve the right to change prices at any given time for any given purpose.

Prices for services entitles the client to a copy of the approved end product in the following appropriate formats upon request: JPEG, PNG, PDF, TIFF, AVI, MP4, MOV, WAV, MP3, FLAC, etc. All formats are “As a copy” and not layered.

The client is NOT paying for the  Photoshop/ Indesign/ Illustrator design files, Audition/Cubase tracks, Premiere/ Final  Cut sequence files, After effect template, fonts, raw elements,  etc that make up the source files.

If clients would like a copy of the source files, they can purchase it separately for 40% of the actual cost.

a late fee of 2% of the total cost will be charged if payments are not made within 7 DAYS of invoice been issued.

If a job is cancelled before it is started you will get a full refund (if transaction fee is required it will be paid out of the amount paid). If a job is cancelled after the job has a been started, a 50% of the job cost will be charged. No refunds for jobs that have gone through several drafts (2 or more).

After a job is approved you will receive your product in the formats agreed to (mentioned above). If there are any errors that need to be corrected (for example with spelling or content error) those changes will be made free of charge.

If any major design changes are required after a design is approved, there will be an extra service fee charge.

TAS Belize adds the final approved end product/design to its portfolio. If for some reason you feel it best that your design not be added (for example sensitive content) please contact us.

In the event that goods or products are being procured through TAS Belize, a seventy-five percent (75%) deposit is required before order is placed. The balance is due upon delivery of the item. There are no exceptions to this service.

This section is for those who need a detail understanding of our policies.

TAS Belize Limited will provide the initial draft concepts to the Client within the time frame agreed upon in the initial consultation. Please note that if we are experiencing higher than usual demand, your product will be scheduled for the next available time slot and you will be notified at the earliest possible time. TAS Belize Limited will post the initial draft in an email or to a web site for review by the Client. The Client will then be able to view his/her draft product and also be able to provide feedback concerning the product.


TAS Belize Limited will analize the Client’s feedback and revise the product. The revised samples will be presented to the Client within the specified timeframe. Regular working days are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm, excluding Belizean holidays. TAS Belize Limited will continue the revision process as per the terms of the specific contract, until Client is satisfied. Once the Client has approved the final product, the Client will complete any remaining payment owed, and TAS Belize Limited will then proceed with the delivery phase. All requested formats of the approved product are then emailed or posted to the client download area for the Clients use.

Revisions may be discussed verbally, however no work will be done until the Client submits their revisions in writing, by email. The Client understands that revision work, along with requests for project additions or author alterations, will incur the same hourly billable as noted in the project quotation. Revision work is not done free of charge unless otherwise arranged, in writing or in the package agreed to in advance. If a base package is agreed upon, however the revisions and requests exceed this package parameters, the next Client will be notified in advance.

The quotation assumes a reasonable average number of revisions per product as outlined in the package, but on very rare occasion a project arises in which the Client requests an unusually large number of drafts or revisions. Any and all revisions will still incur the hourly rate as noted on the project quotation, and the Client confirms that any revisions or additions they request will incur this cost.

TAS Belize Limited can and may provide information to the Client about print solutions that complement the projects needs to the best knowledge of the Company. TAS Belize Limited is not responsible for price discrepancies advertised by third party companies. This includes product specifications, rush order and special order pricing, and delivery costs associated.


TAS Belize Limited is not responsible for a third company’s failure to deliver in the parameters set out by said company. This includes delivery time; product availability; print error; damage incurred due to shipping; and other unforeseen issues.


All concerns can and will be expressed by the Company to the third company association, but are not responsible and take no fault for failure to deliver on consented parameters. Payment must be made for said project and may not be withheld because of printer error.

Digital Media Production is a professional service, not a restockable product or commodity – customers are billed for the time and expertise of our production team, art/creative directors and project managers. In accordance with industry standards, TAS Belize Limited charges for services by the hour (unless a flat fee has been negotiated in writing or estimate) and does not offer refunds under any circumstance (except in the case of copyright infringement or cancellation as noted above).


TAS Belize Limited does NOT engage in speculative work and will not honour any requests for same. We have provided an extensive public portfolio, making it easy for potential clients to judge whether the style and quality of design offered by TAS Belize Limited is a good fit for their organization.


All quotations given are estimates only, unless otherwise negotiated and noted in writing on your quotation. Final invoices will reflect actual hours worked on your project which may or may not differ from your quotation. The final invoice will not exceed the quoted amount by a margin of over 25% without prior notification and written authorization by the client.


An upfront deposit of 30% (based on the quotation amount) is required for all new projects. A forty percent (40%) deposit is required at the first draft review. A fifteen percent (15%) deposit is required at the second draft viewing and finalize fifteen percent (15%) is due at the delivery of final artwork. For print & procurement services, seventy percent (70%) deposit is required before a project is processed. The final thirty percent (30%) is due at delivery of product.


Preferred clients requiring long term and ongoing work will be placed on a monthly billing cycle, which will allow said client to skip the quotation/deposit phase.

All invoices are payable on receipt, net 14 days.

If there has been no activity initiated by the client on a contract in 30 days, but the client has been responsive to status requests by the project manager, said contract will be classified as “inactive”. Inactive contracts are invoiced periodically throughout the fiscal year, to ensure all parties are able to keep their records up-to-date. Please note that an inactive classification has no adverse effect on your account, provided all invoices are paid on time. If your project is incomplete and you have received an inactive project invoice, please rest assured that you are being invoiced only for work actually completed to date, and that you are welcome to.


re-open the project at any time. Upon payment of your invoice, you will have rights to request delivery of any project (complete, or otherwise). Any credits (hourly or otherwise) granted to the client’s account are valid and redeemable at any time pending TAS Belize Limited’s availability, until a period of six months has passed, at which point all credits are considered null and expired.

After 30 days, a late payment charge of 2% per month is applied to all delinquent accounts, without exception and retroactive to the date of invoice. If the account remains in default after 60 days, or if the customer’s payment is charged back to us by way of cheque fraud or other crime, we will issue one final notice before turning the account over to a third-party collections agency. Late fees will continue to accrue on your account, and you will be responsible for all costs incurred for placing you in collections. Refusing to pay your bill is theft, and we take it very seriously. If collection efforts are unsuccessful, we will engage the client in litigation to collect the debt, and all copyright will revert to TAS Belize Limited.  The client will have no rights to use the materials in any way, shape or form, and legal action will be taken to enforce this policy.

If a client should abandon a project or contract after work has commenced, an invoice shall be issued for the full quoted amount, regardless of project status on abandonment. Abandoned contracts in cases where the client is unresponsive are also subject to an accelerated collections policy, and will be submitted to a third-party collections agency if not paid or addressed within 30 days.
